Our caregivers will keep a daily journal of clients’ activities and
changes, if any, such as appetite level, weight, provoking symptoms
and health improvements, etc. Our caregivers will also keep a record
of all medications taken by the clients and doctor’s appointments
and schedules. They can also assist PTs, Nurses, Doctors, to ensure
that proper care is maintained and continuously monitored.
