Posting Images
Just received a lot of inquiries from fellow alumni if they can
post images on the Message Board...The
answer is Yes!
Images can indeed be
shown in your posts.
However, there is no facility at present for uploading images
directly to this FREE board. Therefore
you must link to an
image stored on a publicly accessible web
server,
e.g.http://www.nhsqc.info/
my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures
stored on your own PC (unless it is a
publicly accessible server) nor to images
stored behind authentication mechanisms such
as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes,
password-protected sites, etc.
To display the image
use the BBCode [img] tag
or appropriate HTML
(if allowed). ...
Just recently searched the web for some
free resources and came across this site...ImageShack(TM)
http://www.imageshack.us
For additional
information on how to upload your images and
insert them on your Message Board posts,
simply click on the link above.

Members. Let's face it, what's a High
School website without pictures? Currently
we have just been told by our fellow
alumni about some pictures that they are
hoping to send out. And we are still
WAITING, Big Time!
Hopefully, we'll get all those
pictures added up on our photo gallery
very, very soon. Since we prefer not to open e-mails with photo attachments due to
potential viruses, we recommend that you upload your pictures
using "KodakEasyShare Gallery"
(http://www.kodakgallery.com) free resources or
other similar free generating album share
site and send the link to us at
nhsqcalumni@verizon.net. (Don't worry,
we'll give you credit on the photos you
send in...you can even add your own
captions and will post them together with
your pictures). Another way to upload your
images is by using IMAGESHACK(TM) at
http://www.imageshack.us or at
http://photobucket.com and attach
them on your Posts in our
MESSAGE BOARD . It's that simple!

"FREE" (of course!) resources available
that we can use to help us upload your

VIEWING THE ALBUM (Enabled For
Everyone)
You can view all of the albums
in our Photo Library at
MyPhotoAlbum gallery (FYI: NHS
Alumni On-line Community is NOT
affiliated with MyPhotoAlbum We
are just using their free
album-sharing resources) or one
album at a time using the
Slideshow function.
-To view all of the albums in
our Photo Library at once, simply
click on the Slideshow
link in the upper right corner of
our Photo Library.
-To view one album (per batch
album) at a time, click on the
cover picture of our batch album
to enter it. Then click on the
Slideshow link in the
upper right corner of our Photo
Library.
*Please note that the
Slideshow function will
auto-fit the width of our
pictures, but not the height of
our pictures. You will need to
scroll down during a
Slideshow to view the
entire picture.
ADDING

Important Reminder: Before you
can add photos on our Photo
Library you must click on your
batch album first (or if you
belong to the NHS faculty, then
you must click on the NHS
Administration album), then create
a new album to put your photos in.
-CLICK ON YOUT BATCH ALBUM FIRST
TO CREATE A NEW ALBUM
-CREATING ALBUMS: In the center of
our Photo Library page you will
see a button that says create new
album. Click on it.
You will then see instructions on
how to add your photos.
ADDING COMMENTS

-Simply click on your favorite
photos and add your comments.
VOTING ON YOUR FAVORITE PHOTOS:

We're still
looking for more NHS class year
