She is always regarded as one of the well-loved principals in the division of Quezon City. For three years (2005-2007), she was awarded "Outstanding Secondary School Principal" in Quezon City. She is a presentor, lecturer, and mother of the eLibrary project in Quezon City. She is also a member of various organizations in the Philippines and abroad.  She can be described as energetic, vibrant and passionate in her works and relationships with her peers as well as subordinates and the whole community.
