About Us

While other companies boast about being a large business with many employees and having big warehouse sites, we are very proud to inform you that RCGo Creations is a service-oriented and family owned business. We take pride in the fact that we have been able to give each of our customer individualized, personal attention over the years. Our overhead expenses are quite minimal in comparison to others, and this keeps our product/service prices even lower than most of our competitors.

We admit it, we aren't going to be millionaires selling affordable yet quality products and services for your special event items & keepsakes or customizing logos and websites for all our clients. Yet why do we continue in the business?

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

When we became engaged over 10 years ago, we started looking for favors & gifts that will truly be treasured by our family & friends even after our wedding. But it was not after those countless searches and realizing how difficult it was to find vendors that would provide us exceptional client service that we find ourselves saying then, "there is no other way to get what we want at a price we can afford but for us to create them on our own". Interestingly enough and to our delight of course, we received compliments about our work from our very own guests! They wanted to know how we had found them; how did we know where to go, how much to spend, and what questions to ask?

Soon enough having been blessed with two sons not very long after we got married, little did we imagine how we would be again creating keepsake items for our sons' birth announcements, baptisms and birthdays. It was indeed a big project handcrafting favors and personalizing keepsakes, yet when many of our guests came up to compliment us for our creativity and their uniqueness, we knew then that what we did were all worthwhile.

Soon family & friends rallied for our resourcefulness in creating for them wonderful & unique treasures for their very own parties. With our family & friends' persistence, we explored the possibilities and opportunities of creating a business that would make finding and buying customized party items a lot easier. Together we talked about the party business and the reasons it has been so difficult for people to find the perfect items for their parties. If it could be made more accessible, we thought, more people could introduce unique items they can definitely treasure in their own parties & gatherings.

Our Photo & Video Montage filled with fun stories and lovely music also started through parties we hosted for our children. We are just thrilled to learn from our guests how much they liked them - and that it's a true treasured keepsake and a great gift for their own children, grandchildren, and of course, parents alike!

Eventually we put up our own website - www.rcgocreations.com and created another website (an alumni website) - NHS On-line Community with currently more than a thousand active members and still growing. This in turn lead us to many alumni referral giving us plenty of business specially with their family and friends who needed to put up their own websites but can't simply afford to spend so much.

Also quite a hit, just recently we launched our pet project "photo story books" - a customized book filled with photos, captions and your very own short stories. We even help you write-up your own stories at no extra charge.
