and present. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate and
make a difference in the organization.

Please complete the following registration form by entering in the
appropriate information.
Make sure to double check your email address & Batch/Class Year
if it is correct, before clicking the submit button. All entries received
are entered manually by the Website Administrator into the database
allowing us to screen application(s) before posting them on our NHS
Online Community Individual Class Year (or Member Directory).
Your entry will be entered within 1 to 14 days depending on the number
of registration(s) received, and when entered you will receive an email
message (only those who have a valid e-mail address entered on their
registration will receive a email) with your username/password information from the Website
Administrator letting you know that your entry is now online.
